Independent - seeing things differently

Seeing things differently is something we can do as we’re independent. We make our own decisions on how we run our business. We don’t follow the Specavers franchise model or do what Boots bosses in America say. We don’t manage by Excel. It’s great, mostly.

Having a personal relationship with people makes it all worth while. Having the time to explain, listen and understand problems is brilliant.

But, the British high street is on it’s last legs. Not even a topic of discussion in the election campaign really. Maybe it does not matter. We’re grateful to people who give us a go and especially grateful to those who give us a go and encourage others to do so to. Thanks!
